Who do we help?

Any resident of Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, Burlington or Middlesex county who is struggling with life altering circumstances as a consequence of terminal/chronic illness, job loss, disability or other life event.

"The Give Back Foundation proved to be a lifesaver for a young patient we were treating for rectal cancer. She was a hard-working single woman who needed surgery, chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Despite the assistance she was receiving from available government programs, the costs of medical care and daily living, coupled with her inability to continue working, was an unsustainable existence. The financial grant she received from GBF provided her the ability to remain in her one bedroom apartment. If also offset the cost of food, money for transportation to her medical appointments and other needed medical supplies. I am happy to report this patient was able to complete all her treatments and has returned to work and even made a contribution to The GIve Back Foundation to be used to help others."

HOW DO WE HELP?

Complete a Criteria Fact Sheet and submit to our Board for consideration at our monthly meeting. A personal interview will be conducted and after the Board meeting, you will be personally notified by a Board member of GBF's decision.
